A successful candidate must demonstrate that they can perform the following:
- Provides administrative support to the Tax Department.
- Scans documents and files away accordingly.
- Takes care of all opening and closing duties (coffee & stocking supplies).
- Manages multiple assignments while efficiently meeting assigned deadlines.
- Interfaces with all levels of internal management and staff.
- Handles sensitive and confidential information in a professional and discrete manner.
No experience necessary.
