What does a Retail Customer Support Representative do? Train alongside senior business representatives cross-functionally in Marketing, Sales, Management, and Consulting Act as a direct liaison between our clients and their consumers and open lines of communication Develop product knowledge on our client's marketing campaigns, products, services, and sale promotions Collaborate with fellow business professionals, representatives, trainees, and interns on effective marketing approaches and sales techniques Attend all conference meetings and training sessions to enhance further leadership skills utilized in business management and consulting Build rapport with potential clients through positive engagement and representation Answer any questions our consumers may have regarding our client's products and services professionally What does it take to be a Retail Customer Support Representative? At least 1-2 years of experience working in Retail, Marketing, Sales, Management, Consulting, or other business-related fields preferred Degree (or in progress) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or other related fields preferred Adaptable to working in fast-paced environments Flexible working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting Positive, ambitious, and competitive demeanor Student mentality and looking to grow leadership qualities Solution-oriented and takes the initiative to problem-solve challenges Team-spirited and a natural communicator in social settings Job Types:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
