Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to) Coach 5-15 classes weekly Answer phone calls related to job offerings, background checks, and volunteering opportunities.
Manage onboarding documents and background checks.
Tracks candidates and hiring pipelines.
Maintain Employee files, to ensure they are up to date year round.
Conduct exit interviews and help track coaches' availability.
Requirements:
Must be comfortable working in the field with kids ages 2-10 and working in the office.
Must complete cycle training 1 year of HR or Recruiting experience Minimum of a 1-year commitment Reliable car & driver's license Clear background check

Full-time position (20-30 hours per week) Pay range:
($18- $21/hr DOE) Pay raise and promotion available within first 16 weeks of employment depending on hire date.
We help all team members receive 12 credits in Early Childhood Education.
Courses are 8 weeks long, asynchronous, and fully online.
Team members will receive a raise, bonus, and additional benefits if the employee is full-time.
