Managing schedule & Calendar / scheduling (personal & professional) Answer phone calls, texts and emails and take messages Assist in meetings when needed - take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings Help with daily time management Run errands as requested (personal & Professional) Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation Draft correspondence such as emails and letter Organizing and helping coordinate parties, events and holidays Coordinating client and personal supplies for offices and household / gifts (personal and professional) Qualifications Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule Schedule to be available for shifting schedules, mobile, and open to travel Exemplary planning and time management skills Outstanding verbal and written communications skills Ability to interact with high profile clients and executives Capable of work in fast pace environment Excellent etiquette and communication skills Strong administrative and organizational abilities Experience with calendar management and scheduling High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred Client services experience a plus Please submit cover letter with resume.
