Fit Societe is the fitness brand of Rehab United Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy - a family-owned private practice specializing in outpatient physical therapy.
Fit Societe offers group fitness classes as well as personal training at three of our eight clinic locations - Kearny Mesa, Carmel Valley and La Mesa.

We are currently looking for upbeat, motivated, results-driven, rock-star Performance Coaches to join our team and help us provide exemplary service and support to our fitness members.
Performance Coaches are instrumental in guiding our clients to improve their health through exercise.
We collaborate closely with out Physical Therapists and wellness team to provide a well-rounded fitness experience.

Responsibilities:
Assess and identify clients' fitness level and healthProgram and execute exercise routinesTrack clients' physical progressModify exercise plans based on physical needs or limitationsApply our holistic training approach (E.
g.
, Applied Functional Science, weightlifting, cardiovascular exercise, strength)Monitor use of fitness equipment to ensure they are being utilized correctly and safelySet up and tear down of the gymField nutrition and health-related questions and refer to appropriate staff, when necessaryPromote and sell fitness packages, memberships, subscriptions and productsRequired Qualifications & SkillsCPR CertificationDegree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science (or related field)Knowledge of diverse exercises and ability to adapt to client's needsDynamic personality with an ability to motivate clients to reach their goals and potentialPreferred Skills:
Previous experience as a fitness trainer or similar roleFitness certification (NSCA, CSCS, NASM, AVE)About the Company:
