Front-of-House Applicant Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet guests with a friendly demeanor, engaging in polite and helpful interactions.
Provide prompt and courteous service to ensure an outstanding experience.
Order Taking:
Accurately and efficiently take guest orders inside or via drive-thru, ensuring correct menu items, customization, and payment processing.
Cash Handling:
Process cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately, adhering to company cash handling procedures.
Order Assembly:
Bag or tray food orders with precision, ensuring correct items, condiments, and presentation standards are met.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and desserts, following approved procedures.
Cleanliness and Organization:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, drive-thru staging area, dining area, and condiment stations throughout the shift.
Assist with restocking supplies as needed.
Dining Area Hospitality:
Monitor and assist with dining area maintenance, including clearing and cleaning tables, refilling beverages, and addressing guest requests.
Product Knowledge:
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of menu items, ingredients, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to guests.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with fellow team members, including back-of-house staff, communicating effectively and supporting each other to ensure smooth operations.
Take direction from supervisors and other leaders.
