Imaging Specialist II

Location This position is located in La Mesa, San Diego County Hours 8 hour shifts; variable day shift start times Required Skills and Qualifications Current CRT & ARRT in Radiology with fluoroscopy license Recent experience working as a Radiology Tech with CT and/or MRI training Clear and concise communication skills Proven skills to work in a team environment Skill to prioritize exams and employ excellent problem solving skills Preferred ARRT in CT and/or MRI CT experience working with 64 slice CT scanners Current IV certification, required with 3 months Summary The Imaging Specialist II will work between multiple modalities of CT and Radiology.
Will rotate to different shifts.
Will also work between multiple computer systems.
The Imaging Specialist II produces high quality exams in compliance with department policy, procedures and guidelines.
Demonstrates commitment to providing safe, efficient, and quality care.
Provides pre and post procedure education to patient and family.
Understands and applies appropriate imaging techniques.
Verifies physician orders and utilizes RIS correctly to complete all paperwork.
Adheres to all Sharp Healthcare practices and policies.
Complies with all regulatory requirements including licensing, certification, and other mandatory training within established time frames.

This dynamic and versatile imaging department includes radiology, CT and MRI, ultrasound and PET/CT imaging.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
