Tailored day and Independent Living support staff
Our agency is seeking staff for both of our programs;
Tailored day staff is expected to follow through with written PSP goals and the objectives provided. Staff is in field; 1 on 1 support through verbal prompts and or guidance for; Schooling,employment,volunteering,community integration and self-advocacy.
Independent Living Services is expected to follow through with ISP goals and objectives. Staff is in participants home or in field, 1 on 1 support. Program is designated to encourage and promote independence in home life, such as :
Budgeting,grocery shopping,meal planning,medical appointments, accessing community resources.
Requirements; minimum of a high school diploma or college , valid California drivers license, pass background check, TB test, clean driving record.
