Associate Attorney for Common Interest Developments

Position Responsibilities:
Must have 3-7 years experience preferably in representing Common Interest Developments in the following practice areas: Governing Document Revisions; Alternate Dispute Resolution; CC&R Enforcement Litigation. Must have: excellent references and academic credentials, admitted to practice in California, detail oriented, and strong verbal and writing skills. Public speaking and marketing skills a plus. Must have the ability to interact with clients, act independently and with limited supervision. We have a congenial work environment and work as a team.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
